ZERO 3 Systems are all comprised of Mono-Tube damper construction, allowing for a much larger diameter piston dimension. This achieves higher regidity and precision against loads of motorsport applications.
Also the dissipation of heat is greatly improved as temperature exchange occurs more directly though the single walled casing.
ZERO 3S System is designed around a wider range of use from weekend motorsports activities with high grip radial tires on receways, to providing comfort levels for the street. While this overall is normally extremely difficult, we've managed to find a balance through extensive testing.
Allowing for complete height adjustment over the full range without altering the spring pre-loads or stroke range, allowing for maximum flexibility of height adjustment, and fine tuning of proper comer balancing.
Where applicable in strut configurations, the system is equipped with a ball-jointed upper mount, for precision alignments. For multi-link systems the system features vibration dampening hard-rubber mounts for superior road noise isolation and driver comfort.
For McPherson Strut equipped applications, the system feature an inverted damper layout, which allow for much more durable alignment retention under loads, and provides a much lower level of unsprung weight, providing sharper and more accurate feed-back and input response.
